Nelrose Rescue is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit located in Chicago, IL. We are registered with the State of Illinois and the Illinois Department of Agriculture (087-15183). We are a 100% volunteer based rescue dedicated to helping small dog breeds find their forever home.
